Ana has been blessed to co-own and operate a successful coaching and training company, Institute for Global Listening and Communication, for over two decades. Her skill as a seasoned coaching entrepreneur, gives her the ability to understand numerous career and business challenges, thereby coaching clients to explore solutions and opportunities using both an effective and collaborative communication approach. 

Dr. Carol McCall, PhD

A respected Social Psychologist and Executive coach, Carol McCall, PhD is the author of two books, "Listen! There’s A World Waiting To Be Heard" and "I know You Hear Me, Are you Listening?." She is also the Founder and Co-owner of the Institute for Global Listening and Communication for over two decades.

Based in San Diego, CA, Dr. Carol, is a trailblazer in the coaching industry and the first African American woman to have achieved the ICF's Master certified coaching credential. With expertise in listening dynamics, communication skills, coach training, life development, and performance training. She has been a contributing panelist to the International Listening Association conference, a University lecturer, and a provider of leadership training and communication solutions for industry-leading organizations, including AT&T, Bayer Corporation, and GE Capital. Her listening skills and coaching approach has supported CEOs, celebrities, and leaders from academia, government, the clergy, medical and healing professions.
