Partner with Alumni and Affiliate Relations
Alumni and Affiliate Relations (AAR) can help your department promote alumni-facing events on the AAR website and/or social media platforms. Please email your marketing requests, along with its associated event marketing assets and copy (200 words maximum) to email@example.com. All requests must be made at least 14 business days prior to the event start date. All requests are subject to approval.
Seeking volunteers for one of your department’s upcoming events, programs or marketing campaigns? AAR is connected to a pool of alumni and parent volunteers eager to give back to the UC Davis community and can support your volunteer recruitment efforts by providing volunteer recommendations/leads. Please email volunteer recommendation requests, including specific volunteer criteria, if any, at least one month in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests are subject to approval.
Should you successfully secure a volunteer with the support of AAR, please report back with photos and a story or info about the experience. This information helps AAR track and promote alumni volunteer engagement efforts.

The UC Davis Alumni Council is a group of campus alumni relations professionals who meet quarterly to share activities; collaborate with each other; and share ideas, resources, best practices and opportunities to engage Aggies, no matter which department, college, or school they hail from!
Additionally, alumni constituency groups fall under the “umbrella” of the Cal Aggie Alumni Association, so we work together and share our calendars, email calendars, and provide annual updates.
If you are working with UC Davis alumni and would like to be a part of the Alumni Council, please send an email to Pauline Metzgar, Associate Executive Director & Chief Programs Officer (firstname.lastname@example.org).
