The Future of California: Agricultural Innovation and Sustainability

Join the leadership and esteemed faculty from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences share some of the latest and most exciting discipline-spanning research that addresses California's most pressing issues.

As part of UC Davis' enduring commitment to addressing the current challenges in agriculture and environmental sustainability, we are excited to share updates regarding the new Lynda and Stewart Resnick Center for Agricultural Innovation. This state-of-the-art facility will bring together experts from across UC Davis, focusing on five thematic research areas including:

  • identifying innovative solutions for agricultural byproducts
  • maximizing water and energy efficiencies
  • developing next-generation technologies
  • making crops more resilient and sustainable in the face of a rapidly changing climate
  • expanding access to nutritious food

Hosted by our colleagues at the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, this series will allow you to engage with academic leaders as they integrate the elements that make our world a safe, sustainable place to live-the food we eat, the air we breathe, the animals we nurture, the communities we engage, and the planet we cherish.
