The panel will be moderated by Lelani Clark. Lelani Clark is an accomplished communications expert with a proven track record of elevating brands across the business, technology, entertainment, and mission-driven sectors. Known for crafting compelling narratives and developing impactful media strategies, Ms. Clark helps clients raise their visibility and strengthen their brand reputation, influence and impact. In addition to advising a diverse portfolio of organizations, Ms. Clark has served on an AI Task Force for communicators, focusing on the critical intersection of artificial intelligence and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through this work, Ms. Clark champions the ethical use of AI to ensure technology advances equity, amplifies underrepresented voices, and drives positive social change. Ms. Clark is a graduate of UC Berkeley and serves as a Board Director for the Cal Alumni Club of New York (CACNY) and as a Member of the UCNY Alumni Steering Committee.

Amina Alavi is the Director of Analytics and Data Science at Doctors Without Borders, where she is leading the development of a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for leveraging artificial intelligence. Her work is pivotal in transforming the organization into a data-driven entity, with a strong emphasis on optimizing fundraising, marketing, and digital communications. Prior to this role, Amina led the Data Warehouse team at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) for over seven years. She holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from UC Berkeley.
Asha Shivaji is the CEO and Co-Founder of SeeMe Index, an innovative AI-powered platform created to measure brand inclusivity across advertising, products, and purpose. A first-generation woman of color and former Google executive, she launched SeeMe in 2023 to fill a critical industry gap: the need for transparent, data-driven tools to hold brands accountable to their DEI commitments. Previously, she led marketing strategy at Google and partnered with the UN’s Unstereotype Alliance, following brand leadership roles with Apple, Disney, and Estée Lauder. A sought-after speaker and advisor, Asha is a leading voice in ethical AI and inclusive marketing.
Dr. Yoder Clark is a UCSD Rady School of Business alumni (2017), who prior to her current role as Data Usage Rights Services Lead for Accenture, has built and run two data product companies specializing in applying advanced analytics, ML and Ai to solve business problems. Dr. Yoder Clark began her career in Academia where she directed a research center for Higher Education at University of San Diego applying the predecessor of today's LLM's to create efficiency in research operations.
