SWEEPSTAKES TIMING
- Entry Period: Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 8 a.m. and ends Monday, November 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. (Pacific Time).
- Winner Announcement: On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, via email to the winner.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, entrant must complete at least one activity listed on this webpage and submit this form during the entry period.
WINNERS SELECTION: Three (3) will be selected randomly from the selection of eligible entries. Winners will win a $25 prize pack and will be selected and notified on or before end of day on November 28, 2023. Winners will be notified via email and will have seven days to respond to the notification. In the event that a winner doesn’t respond within seven days, the sweepstakes administrator will choose the next entry to win.

$25 Aggie prize pack (Approximate retail value is $25)
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to all UC Davis alumni. Employees of UC Davis Alumni and Affiliate Relations and/or UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education and any and all other companies associated with the sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Eligibility rules are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
All entries submitted become the property of UC Davis, and by participating you agree that UC Davis may use your submitted photo/video and post content for marketing and advertising purposes.
Odds of winning depend on number of entrants and number of activities/days completed by each entrant. Inquiries about number of entrants and odds may be directed to Christina Cadang Chan at cicadang@ucdavis.edu. This information will remain available one year after the sweepstakes closes.
UC Davis may cancel this sweepstakes in the event of technical problems or electronic attacks affecting the administration of the offer. Any sweepstakes entrant found to intentionally interfere with the operation of the offer will be disqualified. UC Davis is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed or misdirected prizes. UC Davis is not responsible for lost or misdirected sweepstakes entries. Prize(s) may not be redeemed for cash.
Through your participation in this sweepstakes you are providing your information to UC Davis. By your participation in this sweepstakes, you agree to release UC Davis Alumni and Affiliate Relations and/or UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education from any liability related to the sweepstakes or your participation in the sweepstakes.
