Move-in week is right around the corner and the Aggie Parent and Family Association is here to help! We'll be partnering with UC Davis Stores during residence hall move-in to bring a special in person event just for families. Stop by our vendor fair from 5p-7p to visit various campus departments, write a letter to your Aggie and learn how you can be involved. Following, we invite you to join our Wine Down Social and After Hours Shopping at the UC Davis Store from 6:30p-8p.
All events are free to attend however we ask that you please RSVP for the evening social if you plan on attending.
Moving into The Green? The Aggie Parent and Family Association will also be tabling from 8am-5pm on September 15 and September 18 at The Green to meet with our incoming transfer families and our continuing Aggie families. Stop by our table outside the Community Center for special giveaways and information about AFPA!
Vendor Fair
Date: September 19, September 20, and September 21
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Location: Tabling outside the bookstore from 5 pm-7 pm
Stop by our vendor fair to hear from campus departments, write a letter to your Aggie and learn how you can be involved. The UC Davis Bookstore will be on-hand to share information on Equitable Access and assist with any relevant questions. You can also visit the [Insert Partner Booths] booths to learn more about the resources they offer. As a special opportunity, the Aggie Parent & Family Association will host a free letter-writing area where you can write your student a letter and we will be happy to mail it the first week of school. You can also learn about membership in the Aggie Parent and Family Association and join onsite; members can use their 10% discount at the bookstore instantly!
"Wine Down" Social and After Hours Shopping - please RSVP

Location: Social inside the bookstore
Wind down after move-in with other parents over complimentary beverages, including free wine and beer, during this exclusive after-hours event. The UC Davis bookstore will open its doors after business hours during this event so you can pick up any essentials for your student or some UC Davis branded goodies to take home with you! Members of the Aggie Parent and Family Council and Parent Programs staff will also be present to answer your questions about UC Davis. This is a great opportunity to commiserate and network with other parents after your student is settled into their residence hall.
Note: Last call for alcoholic beverages and purchases will be at 7:30pm. IDs will be checked at the door.
