Join our Wellness and Engagement Lunchtime Series (WELS) for a noontime wellness session. The first day will include a class on laughter yoga and how to find compassion and centering through an active smile and laugh.
Led by Linda Kalb-Hamm M.Ed., laughter Yoga can give us the ability to handle whatever life sends our way and helps us lead a healthy, balanced, positive, caring and joyful existence. Like other laughter professionals, Linda's mission is to share the jubilance of unconditional laughter with students of all ages to promote a better life, a peaceful world and a graceful transition to whatever is next! No Yoga ability or poses required!
Each day will feature a course on Laughter Yoga, Kickboxing, and more. Participants will be lead by UC Living Fit Forever wellness program for UC Davis and UC Davis Health in our UC Davis Active Aggies week-long lunchtime series.
