Event Date
Happy Holidays and lots of good cheer. Origami has always been a great activity for the family and for personal relaxation. The act of folding stimulates our tactile senses and improves our short-term memory. It is calming and relaxing because the step-by-step process gives us a directional focus and sense of accomplishment from completing the module. Thus origami helps achieves mindfulness through the uses of hands, eyes, and mind together in a focused activity.
