Bio
William has been an active life member of CAAA since 1985. He graduated from UC Davis in 1973 from the school of biological sciences with a degree in physical education, and then continued on to earn his education credential from Brigham Young University in 1982. Bill and his wife live in Redding where he recently retired as the Vice President of Academic Affairs for Shasta College.
