Picnic Day 2010 Carpe Davis: Seizing Opportunities

The Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) will host a number of events this upcoming Picnic Day.

Friday, April 16
Vintage Aggies Wine Tasting
Sample selections from a number of winemakers, all of whom are UC Davis alumni.
The tasting will take place in the AGR room of the Buehler Alumni and Visitors Center from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, Saturday, April 17
27th annual Picnic Day Pancake Breakfast
7:30 – 9:30 a.m. at Freeborn Hall on the UC Davis campus.
Alumni and their families, as well as the general public, are invited to enjoy a hearty breakfast while reconnecting and networking with alumni. The Picnic Day parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the grandstands near the Quad.

Alumni Zone
10 a.m.–3 p.m., Location Vanderhoef Quad (in front of the Mondavi Center)
Here you can reconnect with classmates and network with fellow alumni. There will also be a Student Alumni Association tent, a pet area and a free photo booth. CAAA will have information on hand about member benefits as well as an alumni directory where alumni can look up fellow classmates. The Alumni Zone will also include information from a number of the colleges and schools on campus.
