Many students are completely lost as to how to act during an interview an interview. What will they say? What should the wear? How will prospective employers look at their resumes? 

Participate in a mock interview with an student interested in your field and provide them with immediate feedback on their resume, attire and interview skills. Mingle with students and other alumni after the event and help students practice networking over refreshments.
